Home Delivery

Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners and are delivered directly to the shipping address you provide during checkout.

Shipping Costs

• Orders up to 2 kg: €XXX
• Orders over €50: Free shipping

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated automatically during checkout before your payment is completed.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Within Greece: 1–3 business days
• Remote or island destinations: Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.

BOX NOW Lockers

For prepaid orders, you may choose delivery to a BOX NOW Locker, available at thousands of locations across Greece with 24/7 access.

How it works

1. Select BOX NOW as your delivery method during checkout (available for eligible orders).
2. Choose your preferred locker location on the map.
3. Once your parcel has been delivered, you will receive an SMS containing your unique PIN.
4. Enter the PIN at the locker to collect your order.

Orders remain available for collection for 48 hours after notification.

Maximum parcel dimensions:

• Height: 36 cm
• Width: 45 cm
• Length: 60 cm
• Maximum weight: 20 kg

Skroutz Point Lockers

Prepaid orders may also be delivered to a Skroutz Point Locker, offering convenient 24/7 pickup.

How it works

1. Select Skroutz Point during checkout (available for eligible orders).
2. Choose your preferred locker from the map.
3. Once your parcel arrives, you will receive an SMS with your collection PIN.
4. Use the PIN to open the locker and collect your order.

Orders remain available for pickup for 48 hours after you receive the notification.

Maximum parcel dimensions:

• 440 mm × 580 mm × 500 mm

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Important Information

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.
• If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please notify the courier immediately and contact our customer support.
• During holiday periods or promotional campaigns, shipping times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.
