At IERA ELIA, protecting your personal information and ensuring secure online transactions are among our highest priorities. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data throughout your shopping experience.

Secure Online Payments

When you choose to pay by credit or debit card, your payment is processed through the secure payment environment of Eurobank PayCenter.

All card information, including your card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVV, is entered directly into the secure payment gateway and is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 256-bit encryption, one of the highest levels of encryption available.

IERA ELIA does not store, process, or have access to your payment card details at any stage of the transaction. Your payment information is used solely for the authorization and completion of your purchase through the certified banking system.

This ensures that every transaction carried out on olealas.com is completed in a secure and protected environment.

Personal Data Protection

IERA ELIA fully respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Greek legislation.

The personal information you voluntarily provide during registration or checkout—such as your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number and email address—is used exclusively for:

• Processing and delivering your order
• Customer support
• Communication regarding your purchase
• Compliance with legal and tax obligations
• Improving our services where applicable

All personal information transmitted through our website is encrypted using SSL technology, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Your personal data is never sold or disclosed to third parties, except where required for the completion of your order (such as courier companies, payment providers or other trusted service providers) or where required by law.
